Spider plants are non toxic to cats. Spider plants are believed to contain hallucinogenic chemicals that affect cats much like catnip does, which explains the great attraction many cats have for spider plants. A good tip is to keep all household plants away from cats except really safe plants like catnip and wheat grass.

I am not sure of speder plants, but I do know that spider plants are non toxic plants to cats. I hope this helps. Good Luck.
