Jews are a culture. They are not a race because race denotes a common ancestral heritage, and Jews do not all come from the same region. Judaism is the religion, but it is possible to be a Jew without practicing Judaism. Generally, being Jewish does mean observing cultural celebrations and customs.

All three. This denomination can refer to a person's ancestry (in more orthodox circles their maternal ancestry, specifically), their religous belief and practice or just their cultural practice, although typically a person who participates in the culture will be either of Jewish descent or faith. You can practice Judaism religously without being Jewish racially, and the opposite is also true.
