No, Yu-Gi-Oh "God cards" refer to cards that are named after ancient relgions' deities and have nothing to do with any modern religion's interpretation of God and therefore are not blasphemous.

Not to me, they're not. I think that is a matter of opinion rather than fact. They might be sacrilegious to a devote minister or priest, but would he/she be playing Yu-gi-oh? If they are to you, don't play the game or don't use those cards.
