Usually, yes. High end designer bags will always be expensive even the used ones. However, at some point, when the store is on sale, chances are you could steal a 10% - 30% off the retail price. Pradas and other high end designer bags will always be an exemption to cheapness. It's an investment.

Yes, there are plenty of fake Pradas out there, but many cheap Pradas may just come directly from the factories, making them less expensive to ship.
