First you need to determine what the apecific allergy or allergies are. A family doctor can administer a basic allegy test in the office. Next, armed with that information go to a specialist and normal down the exact allergy or allergies.

Allergies (food, environmental, or seasonal) and eczema are often experienced together. Asthma is also related to allergies and eczema; all involve the immune system, which goes into overdrive and over-reacts to stimuli. Consult a qualified pediatric allergy specialist for help with these conditions.

He will need to avoid allergens. Get allergy tests at a specialist, to know specifically what to avoid. Another approach is to calm the immune system. Oatmeal soap in various forms is good. For an adult, perhaps meditation, yoga, visualization, or hypnosis, but for a child regular rhythmic aerobic exercise is probably best. Nature walks perhaps, or jogging.
