After how many years should I change my mattress?

This answer depends on the brand and mattress style that you currently have. Some mattresses are said to last for up to 20 years. You should be able to tell when you need a new mattress based on your quality of sleep. If you have trouble sleeping through the night or have back pain, look into buying a new one.

The answer depends on a number of issues, e. g. , the mattress material, care, the sleeper's weight, etc. An average mattress, however, lasts eight to ten years. Jumping on the mattress will reduce its lifespan, while regularly turning it will extend its lifespan.

It depends on the wear of the mattress. I suggest you buy a new one if you think you need one. Only you can truly tell if it's time to get a new one or not.

That depends upon what type of mattress you have. If you have a regular innerspring mattress, they usually say up to 15 years if it is a high quality mattress. If you have a Sleep Comfort air mattress, they are supposed to last much longer.
