This is actually a reference to Psalm 91. The secret place of the Most High God is not a physical place. It is actually a spiritual place. When the Psalmist speaks of dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, he actually means worshiping and praying to God. The Bible refers to a prayer closet; a private prayer place.

Scriptures like this Psalm tells us that God dwells in two places. The first is in Zion, meaning in His people. The second, "the secret place" usually refers to Heaven.

It's a figurative place that gives protection to ones faithful to God. It's mostly used for people directly under attack by Satan.

God lives in heaven. But God reserves a special place in heaven for himself. It is this place where God does his most sacred acts.

This passage is often (although not always) interpreted through a gnostic reading, suggesting that there are some with "secret" knowledge that enables them to be in God's "secret place."
