A friend I've known since kindergarten asked me to a dance.Does this mean he likes me? hes just my frend but every1 tells me he likes me and when I told him that i like his frend he didnt talk2 me 4 a while?

Yes, this means he likes you. He did not talk to you for awhile because is is either sad because you do not like him or he is jealous of his friend.

Yes, it could mean he likes you. If the rumor is he likes you, he probably does. If you like him, spread the word among your friends.
